In 2025, the show L’Épée du Roi Arthur (King Arthur's Sword) at Puy du Fou was completely redesigned, with new staging and special effects. Aquatique Show was once again called upon to design and install water effects, integrated into the heart of the show, to accompany the most spectacular sequences.
Creation of waterfalls for an extraordinary set
Three waterfalls, activated when the table is removed, were integrated into a large-scale stage set, as the set consists of an entire section of rock that breaks apart and flies away to structure the stage into two levels. The entire set is fully motorized and controlled, with cables and equipment that follow the movement of the scene. This precise integration allows the water effects to accompany the fights and transformations in the show, while ensuring perfect coordination between the water effects and the action on stage.
And still in terms of scenography, our fog effects and Airshoots
These three waterfalls have been added to our earlier integration, which consisted of Airshoot and fog effects that explode and swirl around when the knights' table appears.
Custom water effects
Aquatique Show developed custom water effects specifically for King Arthur. The waterfalls were designed and installed exclusively for this show, in response to specific technical and scenographic constraints, and are not part of the standard waterfall, curtain, or water wall solutions usually offered. Aquatique Show's engineers and technicians have acquired unique expertise and know-how in hydraulics, mechanics, and electrical solutions to manage such integrations. Working closely with the client, our teams define precise specifications based on the final result desired by the client.
