Grupo Vidanta in Mexico contacted Aquatique Show to create a series of water shows for its largest development project. This ambitious project is Vidanta World, located in Nuevo Vallarta.
One of the largest water shows in the Americas
The first water show that Aquatique Show has developed for Vidanta World is the park's main show.
It is a giant water show installed in the “Wonder Bay” lake in the heart of Vidanta World.
The park's iconic Ferris wheel dominates the landscape, while the cable car offers breathtaking views on the water show from the air.
The lake's water show combines two major creative themes in show fountain design:
a bouquet of water effects inspired by the silhouettes of French-style fountains, such as those at the Château de Versailles;
motorized water jets creating a contemporary water ballet, animated by dynamic and lively movements.
A signature water show combining modernity and Renaissance French fountains
Aquatique Show designed the layout of the water jets to create a rich and balanced water facade, perfectly visible from across the bay.
The view from the ring road, which overlooks the water show, allowed us to approach the fountani implantation as a message, a proper signature. The water jets form the “V” and “W” of Vidanta World, creating an animated and instantly recognizable logo.
Dimensions and composition of the water show
More than 150 water effects and several hundred water jets make up this dancing fountain show. The whole covers 5,000 square meters on the lake, with an opening of 100 meters.
The first facade features classic effects of medium height, with five Versailles Pyramids, three Waltzes, and gyroscopic jets that introduce the show like an elegant “opening dance.”
A large central crown of straight jets, doubled by moving jets, forms a powerful and spectacular heart. In the center, four 30-meter canons and a 50-meter King Lys create impressive climaxes.
On each side, large lines of straight jets and circles of moving jets dance in perfect symmetry with the center of the dancing fountain.
This second line, more modern and denser, is located in front of a final 100-meter facade of water screens. These water screens allow for giant video projections that add a multimedia effect and a real narrative to the water show.
One of the largest water shows on the continent stands out not only for its size, but above all for its harmonious integration into this magical place dedicated to dreams and entertainment. It is located just a few meters from the permanent theater created by Cirque du Soleil for Vidanta World.
A second custom-designed water show that transports you to the heart of a crater!
This second custom-made water show, just a few dozen meters from the lake show, offers visitors an immersive and surprising promenade.
A mysterious entrance, framed by tropical plants, leads to a huge crater. From the very first steps, visitors are plunged into the heart of an ancient volcano where exotic nature has come back to life. Then, suddenly, in the center and all around the audience, water and flames burst forth as if the volcano were awakening.
Our show fountains explode like lava projections. Shades of red and yellow transform the water into flames.
This water show relies entirely on effects that mimic explosions and eruptions. Across a diameter of 100 meters, Airshoots burst at a height of 10 meters, while lava jets crackle. Straight jets and arches rise above a troubling fog that envelops the scene.
The entire scenography was designed to represent the rebirth of a volcano and express the force of nature. Water jets also shoot up around the audience, outside the pool, to create an enveloping and magical atmosphere.

The theme park, also known as BON (Beauty Of Nature), offers a complete experience that combines a high-end resort, theme park, shows, and entertainment facilities.
Our fountain shows play a dual role: they are the centerpiece of the park's entertainment offer but also serve as water decor. They blend into a peaceful landscaped space that invites both relaxation and contemplation.
